    Make a Surprise Bargain with an American Customer from FABTECH Fair 2023

    From Sep. 11 to 14, 2023, SENFENG participated in the FABTECH 2023. Although this customer at the exhibition site, we did not reach a cooperation agreement at that time. However, after 7 months, we were able to address the customer's concerns and finally signed a purchase contract.

Customer Profile

This is a local machinery sales company in the United States. Its owner had previously worked in HK. Despite having only 4 members, the company achieves substantial annual sales volume, mainly relying on traditional sales channels like magazine. During the FABTECH fair, they had in-depth discussions with our engineers, learning more about SENFENG's history, culture, R&D achievements, as well as our current machines and main functions.

Pain Points

Due to the limited number of staff and sales channel, the customer's annual sales failed to be enormously boosted in recent years. They hoped to expand their sales area and diversify their product offerings. For that reason, it was seeking a brand with the higher market acceptance. After seeing SENFENG at the exhibition and conducting thorough comparison, they decided to purchase sheet and tube laser cutting machines from us to leverage our global influence to expand their brand in the United States.
