This machine is specifically developed for cutting medium and thin (≤30mm) sheet. It is compact with open-style structure and offers two different configurations. Both its hardware and software have been recently upgraded to better meet actual needs of users. A 40HQ container can accommodate 6 sets of 3015NP, allowing for LCL packaging at much less freights.

Special Bed with Ball Transfer Unit
The bed adds assistant ball transfer unit to move plates in multiple directions, significantly reducing friction and scratching risks while improving loading and positioning efficiency. It is particularly suitable for manual or semi-automatic loading scenarios.

A protective chamber may be optionally added for beam area, which moves in sync with cutting and becomes sealed due to the sliding door, so as to prevent fume dispersion.
Flexible Production Due to Feature Expansion
To meet varying needs, users may optionally equip vacuum suction cups combined with truss manipulator. This makes plate loading/unloading automated, reducing reliance on manual labor and supporting continuous operations.
Flexible Container Combination for Freight Savings
Container like 20GP or 40HQ can be selected based on laser power. What’s more, multiple units can be shipped together in the same container, sharply reducing per-unit freight costs.

What is laser cutter and how does it work?
A laser cutter uses laser as heat source and can be classified as sheet cutting and tube cutting. This includes sheet laser cutter, tube laser cutter and sheet & tube combo, making it one of the most advanced metal processing equipment available today.
The laser cutter utilizes the high-density laser beam to convert laser energy into thermal energy, causing localized heating, melting or even vaporization of materials. The melted or vaporized material is then blown away by using gas flow or other methods to achieve cutting.
Laser cutter can cut a wide range of materials, incl. stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, silicon steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, aluminum-zinc plate, pickled sheet, titanium, and other metal sheets.

Cleanliness: Empty slag trays after each shift. Wipe surfaces, vacuum metal dust, and clean rails/guideways to prevent dust buildup.
Gas & Air Systems: Ensure adequate assist gas supply. Replace air filters, drain moisture from tanks, and check dryers and pipelines for damage or blockages.
Safety Devices: Regularly test emergency stops, door interlocks, light curtains, and enclosures.
Parameter Backup: Back up machine settings and cutting parameters weekly to prevent data loss.
Lubrication: Check oil levels, add standard lubricant as needed, inspect oil circuits, and clean dust from moving parts.
Consumables: Replace nozzles, ceramic rings, and protective lenses in time based on usage to avoid unplanned downtime.
Coolant: Use pure, distilled, or deionized water; add antifreeze below 0°C. Replace coolant periodically.
Electrical System: Only certified electricians should inspect breakers, connections, and wiring.
Maintenance Log: Record materials, settings, and issues to track performance and spot problems early.
