The standard inner diameters of steel coils are φ508 mm and φ610 mm. This line supports φ508 mm coils as standard. For φ610 mm coils, one set of expanding sleeves (2 pcs) is required. For non-standard specifications, please consult our technical team.
6. Protective Film Function
After uncoiling, the material can be film-coated to prevent transport contamination and protect mirror-finish colored metals. The process is bubble-free, easy to operate, and widely applicable.
7. Inkjet/Sticker/Marking System
Nesting → Batch Label Generation → Drawing Import → Set Parameters → Start Processing (Marking & Cutting)
8. Safety Fence/Light Curtain
A fence or light curtain should be installed around the equipment to provide a safe distance and prevent accidents.
