Modular Integrated Construction with Flexible Expansion
The entire line combines decoiler, leveler, slitting unit, tension control unit and recoiler together, supported by auxiliary supports, loading trolley, swing bridge loops and unloading trolley. This compact structure will minimize material turnover and allow for arbitrary combinations by users.
High Automation Aiming at Both Flexible and Batch Production
Under line-wide synchronized control, automation runs through the loading, unloading, stripping and recoiling of coiled steels. As a result, such fast, continuous operations will not only respond to custom-tailored orders flexibly, but also enable high-volume production.
High Utilization Rate Due to High-precision Slitting
All contact surfaces are protected against scratching. Precision slitting eliminates offcut wastes caused by out-of-tolerance size. Finished strips are kept evenly spaced by strip separation & spacing device to ensure neat recoiling and excellent surface quality after slitting.
Offer Multiple Auxiliary Devices for Easier Operations
