Cross-cutting Pretreatment Line Ready for Coiled Steel Deep Processing
In this line, metal coiled steels are decoiled, leveled, fed at fixed length and sheared into flat sheets of required length, followed by automatic stacking. It, featured by fast speed, high length-fixing accuracy, zero surface scratching and high degree of automation, is suitable for processing cold-rolled, hot-rolled, galvanized, stainless steel and AL coiled steels.

Modular Integrated Construction with Flexible Expansion
The entire line combines decoiler, leveler, fixed-length feeder, shear and stacker together, supported by auxiliary support, loading trolley, swing bridge loop and conveying belt intermediately. Such compact structure will minimize material turnover and allow for arbitrary combination by users.
Line-wide Synchronized Control at High Degree of Automation
Thanks to line-wide synchronized control and automatic stacking device, the line enjoys seamless integration of feeding, shearing and stacking. This high automation can significantly reduce labor costs, improve overall efficiency and realize batch production.
Scratch-proof Structure to Ensure Surface Quality of Finished Products
The entire line takes scratch-proof measures for all surfaces in contact with sheets. Besides, special protective treatments are applied to conveying belt and leveling rolls to avoid surface scratches. The finished sheets are gently stacked by stacking device, so as to avoid inter-sheet friction and ensure surface quality.
Offer Multiple Auxiliary Devices for Easier Operations
The decoiling unit works with auxiliary support and loading trolley for easy handling of heavy coil (up to 35t). An automatic positioning and centering system can check deviations and ensure real-time sheet alignment. The swing bridge loop acts as a buffer and storage area to maintain continuous operations by compensating for speed differences between workflows.
